This is an activity based on describing a given audio. The tasks include presenting a lesson on a scientific or other topic of their choice together with all the related vocabulary and structures involved in these topics.
Task 1
Listen to the audio and choose your field.
Task 2
Once you have chosen your field you have to describe and justify what the audio is illustrating according to the specific field you have chosen. (Pair or group work.)
Task 3
Once you have a justified description prepare to teach this topic to your class.Consider the points below.
- What vocabulary will your friends need to know in order to understand and complete the tasks?
- What exercises will you prepare?
- What will you say?
- Will you show them any visuals?
Task 4
Present your short lesson to the class.
